2386911 - Generate Ticket Summary for Product Survey Does not Work

Symptom

You are trying to Generate a Ticket Survey Summary for Survey Type Checklist.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to the Tickets Work Center.
  2. Search for XYZ (XYZ represents the identification of a Ticket).
  3. Open it.
  4. Go to the Survey Facet.
  5. Click on the gear icon.
  6. The field is greyed out.

 

Cause

This the expected system behaviour.

Resolution

Survey pdf Summary is currently supported only for "Checklist" kind of survey irrespective of consumer (ticket or visit or opportunities).
