You are trying to import an integration definition ie, a .icd file in Integration Center and your encounter the below error:
"Resource not found in the system data model: EmpJob"
Image/data in this KBA is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems. Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental
SuccessFactors Integration Center
Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to Integration Center and Click "Import an Integration"
- Upload the standard .icd template definition
- The error appears
This indicates that the Odata entity "EmpJob" doesn't exist in the SuccessFactors instance.
The behavior is expected if you do not have Employee Central enabled.
The integration Report definition is trying to fetch an entity called "EmpJob" and fails to fetch the same.
This is an Employee central entity and since the SuccessFactors instance doesn't not have Employee Central enabled, the mentioned entity is unavailable and hence cannot be utilized.
You could still use integration center but entities/packages depending on Employee central module cannot be used.
ie, you can create your own integrations in Integration center with the available entities in your instance.
