Symptom

In your Solution Manager system you find a short dump in ST22:

Category ABAP Programming Error
Runtime Errors GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED
ABAP Program CL_IM_AI_IM_MAIL_FORMS========CP
Application Component SV-SMG-SUP

in the following cases :

  1. When creating an incident from a managed system, you get this error message:

"Because of error 513, no message was created in Support Desk System." Technical error message number is BCOS005 .

  1. Job SM:REFRESH MESSAGE STATUS that runs program AI_CRM_IM_UPDATE_FROM_SAP is canceled
  2. Job SM:ITTM_SET_OVERDUE_STATUS running program AI_CRM_PROCESS_SLA is canceled
  3. When creating a incident in sm_crm you get a BSP error, you find a dump in GETWA_NOT_ASSIGNED in ST22
