2352120 - Issue with formatting of Excel report


When I run an Excel report, the data is not in the respective columns and therefore I cannot use filters.


Learning Management System (LMS)


This is a formatting issue with the default csv file viewer customers may experience depending on the Excel version used in their business.

This is not an issue with the report nor the LMS.


When the report has generated and you get the pop up do not choose the OPEN option.

Instead save it on your computer and open it from the folder where you saved it, the output should be correct there.
