When you return from catalog checking out items or using the "Back to Application" link, the SRM Shopping Cart window is not opening.
You may get different symptoms like a Page Not found (404), Internal Server Error (500) or some specific error message from the third party catalog.
Many times this issue happens after a SRM Server or BASIS upgrade to a higher SP level.
