Customer/Partner deleted folders/files from iContent server by mistake.

- In this case, customer needs to raise an incident with SAP Cloud Support requesting the restore.
- If the content deleted is just few files/folders, you may specify which folders and the date that you want the restore.
- In addition, the iContent URL and Username are also required for this request.
- Cloud Support Engineer needs to open an internal incident to Operations team.
Note that it is only possible to restore deleted data for a time period of one month back.
