Service Order line item shows delivery status as In Process even though the reason for rejection is maintained.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Service Order work center.
- Go to Service Order Processing view.
- Edit Service Order XYZ (XYZ represent service order ID) and click on View all.
- Navigate to Service and Spare Parts.
- Select line item and the under General sub tab Reason for Rejection is maintained.
But the Delivery Status still showing as In Process.
Cancellation of service order item does not mean that the delivery is finished and hence the delivery status is not affected by cancellation.
This is the intended system behavior.
