Automatic request added by PLATEAU.jpg

Environment

SAP Successfactors Learning

Cause

This happens because of an Automatic Process (APM) which is scheduled in your instance

Navigate to System Admin > Automatic Process> Move Users from Waitlist to Request List

The waitlist to request list automatic process is intended to change the waitlist for a scheduled offering into a request list. This process finds all of the started scheduled offerings (where the start date of the first segment is past) that have a waitlist and creates requests for all of the users who could not register for the scheduled offering. This automatic process uses the ApmWaitlistRequest template ID to create and send notifications. The waitlist to request list automatic process sends notifications when it finds scheduled offerings that have a start date in the past and have a waitlist of users.

Resolution

To avoid these automatic requests you have to disable this Automatic Process

Note : You can use this Automatic process to convert your waitlist to a request schedule so that Admins can create a schedule for the waitlisted users.
