2338510 - Updating Resumes ( CV ) on Agency portal - Recruiting Management


Agency portal users would like to update the documents (cover letter & CV) of a candidate that has been submitted , but unable to delete or re-submit the document.

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go to Admin Centre --->  Set up Agency Access
  2. Agency ID: Enter agency ID
  3. Add new user --> You need to create an agency user for yourself to log into the agency portal
  4. Go to the client agency portal and log in (or wait for the email that will be sent to you):
  5. In My candidates you can see the candidates that have already been submitted to a job offer, and the resume is outdated


  1. Login to the Agency site
  2. Go to Job listings (All job will be listed there)
  3. Find the job you have a candidate to update
  4. Click in Action 
  5. Click submit existing candidate
  6. Pick the candidate name and check upload latest resume 
  7. Click submit Candidate,

** for one candidate you can submit different resume to different job. but once submitted to a particular job it cannot be deleted again or changed.
