The customer has payroll integration enabled in provisioning, however, they do not see the Payroll Event field in the event reason user interface as shown below.
The "payroll-event" field for HRIS element "eventReason" in the corporate datamodel is not enabled.
To resolve the problem, the "payroll-event" field must be enabled by a professional services consultant or through your Cloud Product Support representative.
The following XML code enables the field:

Once the data model has been modified the even reason UI will contain the Payroll Event field as shown below.
