2334084 - Email notifications have incorrect date format


In Employee Central for SuccessFactors, when an external user receives an email notification regarding a completed workflow (as part of a workflow action CC role notification), The date format appears differently for each email notification. Some emails show European date format (DD/MM/YYYY), while others display in US date format (MM/DD/YYYY).

The date format included in the 'Workflow Action CC Role Notification' email is based on the location of the user the workflow was completed for, not based on the user that is recieving the email notification. The reason is that the CC notification can be sent to any email address including users that are external to the system, so the application wouldn't know the correct date format for the external users, so it bases the date format on the user the workflow was created on.
