You have uploaded Territories via Excel and they don't have the ID maintained on the template.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Sales work center;
- Go to Territories view;
- Download the template;
- Fill in the data including ID;
- You can see the territories in the system, but the IDs are not the ones selected.
This is the system's expected behavior.
The ID field in the Excel template is meant to maintain Parent Territory relationship for the territories. The IDs in the system, on the other hand, are always generated automatically and in sequence to avoid inconsistencies — this can also be observed when creating territories by other means, such as directly in the UI or through Data Workbench.
