How can I update the New Hire Activity from admin tool?
Onboarding New Hire Activity
The manager can complete the new hire activity from the 'New Hire Activity' tab in onboarding and as an admin user can complete this task using admin tools.
To complete using Admin tools follow below steps:
1. Login as admin user and access Admin tools.
2. In the tool search, search for Manage Data and click on it
3. In Manage data, select 'OnboardingCandidateInfo' object lookup and in second tab seach for the new hire by name.
4. Copy the KMS User ID, Example of userID – 941036c7-0c7e-41dd-9db6-681d5dbbf7d2
5. Then, via Manage Data > Onboarding Process object lookup and KMS Id you can find the actual New Hire Activities activity.
6. Now via action > Make correction you can make changes to this activity.
