Roambi Report using BOX source does not download on iOS.

Reproducing the Issue
On iOS specifically, the report never downloads to the device. The following behavior occurs:
1. While in the Connect screen the user can see “Tap to download”
2. The user taps on the report
3. Status is Idle
4. The report once again says: “Tap to download”
5. The report never gets downloaded
When accessing the same report on an Android or Windows device, the report downloads successfully.
Try re-installing the iOS app. If this still does not help, you can try resetting the iOS keychains prior to a reinstall by following these steps:
You can paste these URLs into the URL bar of Safari. The user will be asked for confirmation before any action is taken.
(Delete everything, including the shared keychain items)
The recommended workflow is to use these links to clear the keychain first, then delete the app before installing Roambi again. This will ensure that you are starting fresh with a clean keychain.
