How do I invite multiple users?

You can invite multiple users to your Roambi account from the administration console via the "People" tab. To invite multiple users to your account, follow these steps:

  1. Login as an administrator to your Roambi Account
  2. Tap the "Invite Users" icon, available from the home screen
  3. Navigate to "People" within the administration console
  4. Tap on the + button to reveal and select the "Invite Multiple Users" option
  5. A dialog window will be displayed with a set of instructions. Using the sample CSV file provided, create your own with the list of users you would like to invite to your account.
  6. When creating your CSV file, you must include these columns and values:
    • First Name
    • Last Name
    • Email
    • Role (viewer, publisher, administrator)
    • Group (Optional) - Comma Separated
  7. Upload your CSV file by selecting the "Choose File" button
  8. Review the list of users that you are about to invite. You can select or deselect any users from the list.
  9. Tap the "Invite" button in the upper right and invitations will be generated and sent to each user.
