Media Services Overview
Recruiting Marketing Media Services is an opt-in service that allows customers to leverage a dedicated team of recruiting analysts and strategists to assist the customers in managing and optimizing the online recruiting spend.
SuccessFactors Recruiting Marketing Media offers customers the ability for a full turnkey approach to job publishing and recruitment advertising strategy. For customers that opt-in for RMK Media Management, they gain access to a dedicated "agency team" that will not only deliver their jobs but also handle the planning, procurement and accounting of a customer's adversiting spend. Our media customers can dramatically improve the efficiency of their operations, as well as the targeting and tracking of highly desirable candidates in order to measure and cut cost per hire. These customers are able to do this either via singular Campaing Management or our overall Agency of Record* strategic solutions.

Steps to connect with the Media Team
Recruiting Marketing Media Services include search engine marketing and media services, XML feed creation and distribution, creative services and asset production, manual posting services, media campaign services, major job board support, and reporting / metrics support. These services are purchased separately from Recruiting Marketing and can be tailored to the customer's needs.
Rather than strictly relying on recruiters posting individual jobs to boards, Recruiting Marketing allows customers to blend multiple distribution methods, from manual posting to RSS and XML feeds to automated rules-based routing. Customers are invited to work with our Recruiting Media team to find the right balance of manual and automated job distribution.
Jobs can be distributed via two primary methods:
- XML feeds
- Marketing Central - only available for Rx customers (RCM + RMK)
