What solution should be used to interface SuccessFactors with your 3rd party software/Products?

Integration should be used. A number of tools have been developed to allow customers to extract data from several SuccessFactors systems. These tools allow for full and delta extracts that can be performed on an on-going basis for integration into external systems.

Reporting tool is not intended nor designed to be used as a tool for data extraction to external systems.

• I am already using a reporting tool that is scheduled daily and my report file is sent on a SFTP, should i continue to use this report?
  
  If you consider this report scheduled for high business impact, you must use integration tool that is designed for third-party integration with SuccessFactors. Reports are designed for human readable content. For database extraction, integration must be used. Reports are not designed for database extraction and data limitation may apply.
  
  
• What kind of data can i export?
  
  It uses an OData API, so different data availability than Ad Hoc schemas, but modules are on a path to have full data reportability on OData. You should contact integration team for further details on Community.
