SAP Jam Groups are assigned to LMS Items, however when users are enrolled to any particular Item they are not receiving notification from SAP Jam.

Once users are enrolled to LMS Items, they are supposed to receive notification from SAP Jam for the group which is assigned to that particular Item.
In case this is not working as expected, LMS Administrator has to check SAP Jam group notification Sync on the LMS Side by following the below steps:
- Login as LMS Administrator;
- Go to System Admin;
- Automatic Processes;
- Jam Group Notification;
- Here you can set SAP Jam group Notification Sync job. So once user is enrolled to an Item in LMS and Jam group Notification Sync has been run, it will notify enrolled users to associated SAP Jam group accordingly. This Sync job can be scheduled as per Company requirement.
