2314486 - BI 4.2: Exception managing dependences (PRS 00048) when using Windows AD login

Symptom

  • Promotion Management: Unable to manage dependencies of a job
  • Clicking on Manage Depedencies opens a window with the following error (PRS 00048) in Red - this error also appears in the Central Management Console (CMC logs):

Sorry, Promotion management application is unable to process your request.

  • The following errors appear in the Adaptive Processing Server (APS) log which hosts the Promotion Management Service
