After configuring Central PI Monitoring successfully in Solution Manager 7.1, no Component Based Message Alerts (CBMA) are raised in the Alert Inbox (and, therefore, no notifications are received) despite alerts are being raised in the PI system and the Alert rules are fulfilled.
