When mobility users are connecting to ECC system through SAP Mobile Platform (SMP), the main ECC system is going very slow for Dialog/transaction users.
There are 2 instances in ECC (primary and secondary) and bridges to a system with virtual IP/Host.
HTTP connections are routed only to the primary instance, though logon groups are created.
The HTTP requests are causing a high and resource consuming load.
- SMP 3.0 SP09 PL01
- Native application
- Relay Server 16.5.6
- No proxy, firewall, webdispatcher between SMP and ECC
