When a connector is throwing the error: 'Could not start tenant'.

Reproducing the Issue
- Check the Connector Error log
- Exception error thrown: 'Could not start tenant'
This error is thrown usually when there is a mismatch between the system's DB version and App version. You should also see something like the following later in the error message: 'DB version: 'b1602.4.1' doesn't match TMS version: 'b1511.15.1'.
To resolve this issue the DB and Application version need to be updated by our internal Operations/Engineering teams so that both versions are matching. Please, create a Support incident to have this error corrected.
