2290895 - Managed system configuration login RFC does not exist

Symptom

You are getting error message below in the Managed System Configuration even though the RFC exist and could test connection successfully:

"Client NNN: RFC SM_SIDCLNTNNN_LOGIN does not exist"

or you get the error "Wrong name or pass (repeat access to system)" in this step although the Login RFC is generated successfully.
