Symptom

  • When working with CRM IC WebClient, the agent might experience white screens, blank pages and screen freezing issues.
  • Sometimes, when working with an E-mail, WebClient gets hanged and Javascript information "XXXX.com is not responding due to a long-running script" is observed.
