When we try to initiate onboarding for an employee who has an activity already in onboarding (from a previous transfer or hire) we get an error message (see attached). We understand that in order to clear this error we need to delete out the earlier activity - this has been working. Here's the problem - we are going to have about 300 to 400 seasonal hires coming through and this will be a huge problem trying to go in and delete every time we try to onboard them. Doesn't the system have the ability allow for multiple onboardings?
We don't have currently any option to prevent the error from appearing in this situation. The activities have to be manually deleted from Onboarding.
