Reproducing the Issue
- Navigate to affected user's record,
- click "launch proxy" button in actions menu or just click home tab if you are the affected user.
- error messages appears straight after click.
The issue was caused by missing selected timezone and currency in user's preferences.
Navigation: User record/more/preferences
The highlighted information were missing for affected user.
After selecting missing information we did not experience the issue anymore.
