When you read data from table TVARVC immediately after the table is updated through transaction STVARVC or programs, jobs.eg,
you observe that sometimes the data you read has the "old value". But after a while, if you read the data again, you can get the "new value".
For example, Job A updated one record of table TVARVC, then subsequent Job B went to read the same record but only got the "old record" before update.
The issue only happens if the "update" and "read" operations were done on different application servers and the time interval is short.
