The system let the user upload a ".msg" in a Multiattachment Job Req field.
If the user try to download that file, it appears as ".doc" instead of ".msg" originally attached.
Then opening that file it appears incomprehensible.

The format ".msg" is not supported as attachment.
In addition there is no a "validation" that prevents the user from attaching.
As the format is not supported it does not exist a permanent solution at the moment.
However, there is a simple workaround:
- dowload the file from the system
- rename ".doc" to ".msg"
- try to open, it will be opened correctly with Microsoft Outlook (and not Microsoft Word)
General Note: the user should avoid to attach ".msg" but use the supported formats instead.
