Admin is receiving error "changes not saved- equipment already exists" after adding equipment to a Scheduled Offering.

Reproducing the Issue
1- Create a SO
2- Add primary Location
3- Add equipment and click SAVE
The equipment is already linked to the location in References>Physical Resources>Equipment, therefore when the location is selected for the SO the associated equipment is automatically linked to the SO also.
This is an expected behavior of the system.
1- when an equipment is linked to a specific facility and location, it is considered as "static" equipment (ex: projector that's mounted to the ceiling in the room) that cannot be moved. Therefore, in that case the system will tie automatically the equipment to the location and this is an expected behavior.
2- when an equipment is not tied to any facility, nor location, then it is considered as "free floating" (ex: projector that can be moved from classroom to classroom) and only such equipment needs to be added manually.
PS: an equipment can only be available on a single place at the time. Meaning that if you add the equipment on a second facility, for instance, it will remove from the first one.
