Under some timing dependent condition, SQL Anywhere fails to undo index delete after some DDL statements and reports the following assertion failed messages in server console:
E. 12/28 17:41:36. *** ERROR *** Assertion failed: 200112 (188.8.131.524)[demo16]

E. 12/28 17:41:38. *** ERROR *** Assertion failed: 106201 (184.108.40.2064)

- Any subsequent connection attempt may fail with the same 106201 assertion message and require the server to restart:
Could not connect to the database.
