The customer wanted to stop certain admins from being able to add quizzes via the Add Content dropdown in the Online Content tab in Related section at the item level. Whilst removing the 'Add Quiz' workflow from the appropriate admin role stops admins from adding quizzes via the search page in the Content tab, this does not stop them adding quizzes at the item level via the aforementioned 'Add Quiz' option in the Add Content dropdown in the Online Content tab.

Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Role Management
- Search/find the desired Admin role
- Go to workflows of this role
- Remove 'Add Quiz' workflow (under 'Content')
- Go to any WBT item
- Go to Online Content tab
- Click on green plus icon
- You will see option to 'Add Quiz' from the dropdown
The system (LMS) does not currently allow for the 'Add Quiz' option to be removed from the add online content dropdown at item level. Removing the 'Add Quiz' from workflow only removes the ability to add quizzes at the Quiz search page in Content.
Whilst it is not possible to remove the option to 'Add Quiz' at item level via the add online content dropdown, it is possible to restrict admins from adding quiz objects when selecting this option.
Removing 'Search Quiz', 'View Quiz' and 'Edit Quiz' from the appropriate menus in Workflows within Role Management will not only result in removing the admins' ability to search/add quizzes from the Quizzes tab (in Content), it will also stop them from searching for quizzes at item level. The ‘Add Quiz’ option will still be present; but, when they click on the magnifying glass, they will not have the necessary permissions to search for any quiz objects and therefore not have the ability to add any quiz.
