You have set up two SIP GWs configured to be selected by the highest priority (see Managing Switching Routes); but you soon realize that in some cases, when the Gateway with highest priority goes unavailable, SAP Contact Center (SIP Options ping) does not mark it as unavailable and still tries to use it.
