Application error while accessing employee profile
Reproducing the Issue
- Login to the instance
- Home > Employee Files
- When we access the employee profile we get the below application error message,
This is caused by not setting a fixed process for the Employee Files Scorecards.
The error can be eliminated by setting a fixed process for the Employee Files Scorecards under configure employee files in admin center.
Without which, the Competency portlet does not link to any rating scale, which causes the error.
After setting up the process the error does not appear.
