Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Admin Center
- Under Succession click on Performance-Potential matrix
- Below error comes - Your request has not been processed. Please try again.
There could be many reasons for this error message. One of the common reasons is the incorrect/incomplete from one instance to the current one.
Please check if the implementation consultant has used the "Import/Export Configuration Settings" option in Provisioning to export the company settings from another instance and then imported it to currentinstance?
It be may be possible that rather importing the zip file (result of export), the zip was unzipped and the excel contained inside it was imported instead of zip file itself, this would result into incorrect values for some of the configuration settings and could manifest into different problems in different pages in application, depending on how those settings were used.
In order to fix this, the implementation consultant can follow the same process once again (export from the other instance) but this time import the zip file itself, without first extracting it.
