2249912 - Error when adding Device in Options Outlook

Symptom

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Go in Admin Center > Click in the image from the user that is logged > Select Options ;
  2. Select Outlook item;
  3. The error below will be shown:

Cause

This feature is not supported by SuccessFactors.

Resolution

As the feature is not supported, you can follow the process below to remove Outlook item from UI.

Open an incident with SAP Support under the Component LOD-SF-PLT-PRV or engage you partner. In the incident inform:

CompanyID:

Request: Please, remove Outlook item from Options Menu

For partners:

  1. Access Provisioning > Company Settigns;
  2. Uncheck Enable Outlook Integration > Save;
