The Sorting of Column Assigned To in Ticket Screen is Done by First Name.
Reproducing the Issue
- Go to Service Work Center.
- Go to Tickets View.
- Sort the columm Assigned for Ascending or Descending
You will see that Assigned to is sorted by first name.
- Go to People Work Center.
- Go to Employee View.
- Sort the columm Name for Ascending or Descending
You will see that Name is sorted by Last Name.
The system works as expected. This is the designed behavior of the system.
