2235751 - How to stop reminder notifications from being sent after completion of activity - Onboarding 1.0

Symptom

Reminder email notifications are being sent even though activity is completed.

Environment

SAP Successfactors Onboarding 1.0 - All Versions

Reproducing the Issue

  • New employee received a notifciation to complete a series of questions and completed this activity.
  • New employee has received several reminder email notifications even though the activity related to the notificaiton is completed.

Cause

The reminder configuration on that notification needs to be changed.

Resolution

  1. Go to Notifications
  2. Search for your notification
  3. Once you find your notificaion highlight it and double click on it, a pop up box will appear.
  4. Select the tab Reminder Configuration.
  5. Select the box "cancel reminder when process ends". 
  6. Update.
