If someone tries to access the portal while the synchronization is running, a NullPointerException is thrown because of a BTG expression without the left operand (part of active segments evaluation for customer segmentation purpose). The issue occurs when the synchronization is ran for the first time only. Afterwards the portal is continuously available again.
