Symptom
This KBA describes a temporary workaround for the error described in SAP Note 2099134 "partialKeys are inconsistent" and "CPA object not in cache" errors in clustered environment, which results in a cache related error in traces using Process Integration (PI) message processing, but cannot currently afford to update your system.
The Symptoms include the following errors, which can be found in the traces during regular message processing, or during a successful CPA Cache refresh:
com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.exception.CPAObjectKeyException: partialKeys are inconsistent
at com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.cache.CMLCacheManager.getCPAObjectsByPartialKey(CMLCacheManager.java:195)
at com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.cache.CacheManager.getPartiallyQualifiedCacheItems(CacheManager.java:1315)
at com.sap.aii.af.service.cpa.impl.lookup.AbstractLookupManager.getCPAObjectsByPartialKey(AbstractLookupManager.java:955)
....
and
CPA object not in cache.
