2229595 - Customized Search Selectors - Cannot search for any users on Learning Administration

• When searching for any user in Learning Administration, no results are displayed, not even the message 'There are no records found'.
• The following error message is displayed when clicking on a recent user from the Recent Window (Bookmarks > Recent):
• "Failure: [FaultEvent fault=[RPC Fault faultString="com.plateausystems.elms.framework.snapshot.api.SnapshotException : com.plateausystems.elsm.util.helper.ElmsUncheckedException: java.sql.SQLException: SearchPickerTagDropDownHelper.getSearchDynaResults(): unable to get dynamic results for search. SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Login as an Administrator on LMS environment
2. Navigate to Users > Users
3. Proceed on any search or just click on the Search button

A customized user search selector has improper configurations.

If you are using customized search selectors, you should reach out to SAP Professional Services to assist.

1. Navigate to System Admin > Configuration > Search Selectors
2. Look for 'User' and Edit it
3. On the Selector field, look for ‘selectClause.mainSqlClause’
4. You will see a long search criteria. You should add on the end of this search criteria the following: PA_STUDENT.GAMIFICATION_STUD_ID
5. Please use a comma to separate the last search criteria to that one.
