  • Logging into Desktop Intelligence takes a long time (>5 minutes on a large system)
  • Message similar to the following appears in the Desktop Intelligence Client Log (with customer specific IP address/hostname and ports) - see KBA 1205282 for steps to enable Desktop Intelligence (DeskI) traces
