After upgrading to People Profile, it throws an application error when you try to access the People Profile and, once you click “Ok” in the error dialog, the header does not display correctly.

When enabling the People Profile, the "Social Network" header options that are used to display Facebook and Linked-in integration are enabled by default and, sometimes, the fields may not be configured for the instance. If these fields are not configured in the instance and the options are enabled to display in the People Profile header, the application error occurs.
To solve the issue, you need to disable the header field options that do not have a selection. To do so, you can follow the below steps:
- Go to Admin Center > Employee Files > Configure People Profile.
- Click “General Settings” > click “Configure Header Fields” > verify which options are enabled but do not have a selection in the drop-down menu > disable these options.
- Save the changes.
After doing this, you should be able to access the People Profile without receiving the error.
