2216843 - Exchange Account policy not working on Android for Work devices in SAP Afaria 7.0 & SAP Mobile Secure

Symptom

When the configuration policy is created for Android for Work with the exchange account configured in it and pushed the policy to the device, emails are not showing up on the device.

  • Login to Admin Console
  • Go to Policy -> Android -> Configuration Policy -> Android for Work
  • Select "Exchange Account Policy" and configure the exchange setup by clicking on "Enable Exchange Account"
  • Click on "Save"
  • Link the policy to the device and click on "Apply Policies"

    Device didn't receive any update on the exchange account setup through Afaria and there is no exchange account setup on the device.
