2216562 - Barcode scanner does not fire on a WinCE device - Agentry / SMP

Symptom

The "Scan Match" action seems to find a match the first time a 'valid' barcode is scanned  with the  action simply increments a value of a property on the matched record and stays on the screen . However if the scanner trigger is pulled a second time, the scanner doesn't appear to fire.
