2214750 - SNC-Name is not removed after provisioning


The SNC-Name for the user is removed (left blank) in access request of type change account. However after the request was successfully provisioned and user attributes changed, the same old SNC-Name appears for the user in SU01.

How can customers remove SNC for the user?
