  • The user has no valid user profile roles
  • Cannot see any Cloud incidents in the launchpad
  • Solution search in the ONE Launchpad produces zero results
  • Cannot find any SAP Notes in the Launchpad search
  • Cannot find any results in the search in the ONE Launchpad
  • The screen asking to choose a product apears everytime I logon the ONE Launchpad
