When user login to BPC web admin and selected the environment, the system hangs for a long time and finally it comes out as a blank page and the environment is not able to be selected any more.
This issue usually happens while multiple users are using BPC at same time, or some BPC session/batch are causing high memory consumption at same time. Issue could be resolved by restarting IIS in application server, but may happen again if same situation occurs again.
