2210695 - BPC-MS: *REC command does not give the result expected

Symptom

  • The keywords "EXPRESSION" and "FACTOR" used in the script Logic seem not to be recognized by the system. The system does NOT throw an error. The result is always "0" in those two cases. Even an non-zero value becomes overwritten to “0” when the a script logic is applied.

    E.G.  Account_1 = 2
    *WHEN ACCOUNT
    *IS "ACCOUNT_1"
    *REC(EXPRESSION=%VALUE%+10,ACCOUNT="ACCOUNT_2")
    *REC(FACTOR=2,ACCOUNT="ACCOUNT_3")
    *REC(ACCOUNT="ACCOUNT_4")

    The result calcultated is zero for Account_2 & Account_3.
