2208524 - Agents Landscape Error "Could not find a record with key "smd/agent/User" in the store" in Self-Diagnosis - Solution Manager 7.1


  • Self-Diagnosis will contain a red status for the function Root Cause Analysis, as shown in the screenshot below:  


  • In the section 'Alerts of Function: Root Cause Analysis', there will be an alert listed in the 'Alert-Name' column for 'Agents Landscape'.
  • Upon selecting the alert, the visible error message in the details of the alert will be:
    "A remote error occured on the diganostics agent <Host>".
  • The 'Stack-Trace' in the details of the alert will contain the following text:
    "Could not find a record with key "smd/agent/User" in the store".
