A user does not see certain calculated measures in the Analytics menu, but the user's role does not appear to restrict the measures. (Since the measures are result measures they are definitely not restricted inputs.)

Reproducing the Issue
Take note of the name of a measure reported as missing.
Go to User Maintenance and confirm the user's role.
Go to Roles Maintenance, select the role and check the Measures section to confirm that the measure is not restricted.
There is a second method for restricting measures. Tree Security, applied to either a user or a role, can disable access to whole "classifications" of measures without choosing them individually. It is not possible for end users to see which measures are included in each classification, but admin users can check whether restrictions have been applied.
Go to User Maintenance, select an affected user and edit Tree Security.
Check whether access to any classifications is disabled; If so, re-enable it and check whether the missing measures appear for the user.
Repeat for the user's role.
